An AI voice assistant for Kansas City small businesses
Every call answered. Even when you can’t.
Every call gets answered, even when you’re on a job, with a client or closed for the night. The assistant answers in your business’s name, books the job on your calendar and texts you a summary, so you call back knowing exactly what they need.
- $199/mo300 minutes of calls
- 1–2 weeksto set up
- Your numberstays the same
The same late call, two ways.
A customer with a problem calls after you’ve gone home.
Voicemail
- The call goes to voicemail. They hang up.
- They call the next roofer on Google.
- You see a missed call from a number you don’t know.
The job went to someone else.
AI voice assistant
- Your assistant answers, hears the problem and gets the address.
- It books an inspection for 8am and texts you a summary.
- You read the summary and head straight there.
Booked before morning.
What you get
Not sure it fits?
Say hello. A 15-minute call is usually enough to tell, and every price is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Say helloHow it works
About 1 to 2 weeks, including the phone carriers’ approval for the summary texts.
- A 15-minute hello. We look at your phone, what callers usually want, and what happens today when nobody answers.
- We write down what it may say and must never promise (your services, hours, prices, and which calls come straight to you), then set it up with a natural voice and a greeting in your words. You approve every line.
- We connect your number with call forwarding, so customers keep calling the number they already have.
- We test it with you from another phone: a booking, a tricky question, an urgent call, and someone asking for a person.
- Every month we listen to a few calls, fix any answer that was off, and update it when your hours or prices change.

Who does what
Everything is set up in your name, and your customer list is yours. If you ever leave, you keep it all.
We take care of
- Setting up the assistant and keeping it working
- Writing and updating what it says, with your sign-off
- The call forwarding and the summary texts
- Listening to a few calls each month and fixing any wrong answer
You take care of
- Telling us your services, prices and what it must never promise
- Calling back anyone who needs a person, and doing the jobs it books
- Your phone company account and your number
Not included: Calling people who did not call you first: it only answers calls. It never takes card numbers over the phone either; it texts a secure payment link instead.
Questions
Will callers know it is an AI?
Yes. The greeting says it is your business’s assistant, and it never pretends to be a person. Anyone who asks for a person is put through to you or gets a call back, whichever you choose.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Calls forward from your number to the assistant: only when you don’t pick up, after hours, or always. Customers keep calling the number they know, and calls you answer ring through exactly as they do now.
What if it gets something wrong?
It only answers from what you approve: your services, hours and “from” prices. It won’t quote a job it hasn’t seen or promise a time that isn’t free. You read a summary of every call, and every month we listen to a few and fix anything that was off.
Is it the same as the missed-call text reply?
No. The missed-call text reply sends a text when you miss a call. The voice assistant answers the call itself, talks with the caller and books the job. Some businesses start with the text and add the voice later.
Can it answer texts and messages too?
Yes. The same assistant can answer your texts, website chat, and Facebook and Instagram messages, using the same hours, services and “from” prices you approved, and it says it is an assistant there too. Launch has it answer messages after hours, Grow whenever you can’t, and Scale every message you choose.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, so you can listen back. The greeting tells every caller the call may be recorded, and the recordings are kept in your account.
How much does an AI voice assistant cost?
$199 a month, including up to 300 minutes of calls (about 100 typical calls), plus one flat setup price agreed in writing first. It also comes in every package with no setup fee: Launch at $249 a month has it answer after hours, Grow at $499 every call you can’t pick up, and Scale at $899 every call you choose.
