- We help you through Google’s verification. Google may ask for a short video of your sign, your workspace or proof of the business, or use a call, text or postcard.

Questions
Is a Google Business Profile free?
Yes, the listing itself is free from Google. You pay us for the time to set it up properly and, on the monthly plan, to keep it current.
Is the Google page included in your packages?
Yes. Launch includes setting it up, and Grow and Scale keep it fresh every month. The prices on this page are for the Google page on its own.
I work from home. Will my address show?
Not if you go to your customers. Google lets a business like that hide its address and show the areas it serves instead. You still give Google the address privately so it can verify you.
How long does Google verification take?
It depends on Google. Sometimes it is quick; sometimes it takes days or asks for more proof. We plan the rest of the work around it.
Can you get me more Google reviews?
We never buy or write reviews. Our Grow package sends a review request to your real customers after each job, which is how good listings build them.
Will this get me to the top of Google Maps?
Nobody can honestly promise a top spot. A complete, accurate listing with real reviews is what Google looks at when it decides who to show nearby, and a half-empty listing rarely gets shown.
