Custom checkout and online payments for Kansas City businesses
Get paid the moment they say yes.
Get paid when customers are ready: deposits on quotes and bookings, invoices they can pay from their phone, and checkout flows built around how you sell, from weekly subscriptions to bundles. Paid straight into your own account.

The same yes, two ways.
A customer is ready to go ahead.
“I’ll send a check”
- They say yes on the phone.
- No deposit yet. You hold the date anyway.
- They change their mind.
A date held for nothing.
Pay now
- They say yes and pay the deposit from the quote.
- The money is on its way to your account.
- The job is on the calendar.
Paid and booked.
What you get
Not sure it fits?
Say hello. A 15-minute call is usually enough to tell, and every price is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Say helloWork we’re proud of
Before ohelloo, Omar co-founded Tandoco, a wellness kitchen and bakery in Minneapolis, and built its website and ordering system himself.

Tandoco
Wellness kitchen and bakery · Minneapolis
- Order by Thursday for Sunday pickup or delivery, with a countdown to the cutoff
- A zip-code check, so customers see their own delivery days and pickup spots
- Checkout with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, then a text and an email when the order is confirmed and ready
- Weekly plans customers can skip, pause or cancel online
- A customer account, gift cards, and a screen for the kitchen to work through orders
- A page for each menu item and each city served, so it shows up in local searches
Most small businesses need far less than this, and that is fine: a one-page site with tap-to-call does the job. It shows what we can build when you need more.
Tandocoins, the rewards program
“The more you order, the more you eat.”
- Every order earns coins, and coins turn into real food: a free cookie, a smoothie, or a whole meal
- Coins for signing up, for weekly streaks and for referring a friend
- Three levels, Newbie, Foodie and Connoisseur, that earn faster the longer a customer stays
- Rewards picked right in the cart, with the balance, history and a personal referral link in each customer’s account
- Subscribe-and-save pricing, and a meal donated to a Minneapolis food shelf for every 10 ordered
The same idea, rewarding regulars so they come back, is behind our review requests, win-back messages and subscriptions.

How it works
Online payments in about 1 to 2 weeks; custom checkout quoted per project.
- We map how you get paid today and where money gets stuck.
- We open or connect a payment account such as Stripe or Square in your name.
- We turn on payments where they help most: deposits, invoices, orders.
- For custom checkout, we build the flow around how you sell, with clear terms before paying.
- We test a real payment and a refund with you before going live.

Questions
Can you build a custom checkout for my business?
Yes. Omar built Tandoco’s checkout, with pickup or delivery, one-time or weekly orders, rewards and Apple Pay or Google Pay. Custom checkout is part of Scale, or quoted per project.
Do you ever see my customers’ card numbers?
No. Payments go through the processor’s secure hosted form, and the money goes straight to your account.
What does it cost to take card payments?
The processor charges about 2.9% plus 30 cents per card payment, taken from your payouts. We do not add anything on top.
