No. It’s a normal text from your business number.
Can they reschedule?
Yes. The link lets them move it, within the rules you set.
Is texting allowed?

What happens when nobody replies?
You see “no reply” next to that appointment, a day ahead, so you can call them or fill the slot. For deliveries, no reply means leave it at the door.
