Who we are
ohelloo is a small business run by Omar. On this page “we” and “us” mean ohelloo, and “you” means you or your business. You can always reach us at omar@ohelloo.com.
Packages
- Basics, $79 a month.
- Launch, $249 a month.
- Grow, $499 a month.
- No setup fees on any package.
Cancelling and rent to own
No contract and no fee to leave, ever. Cancel anything, anytime, including Basics, Launch and Grow.
Websites: $699, or rent to own. A one-page website is $699, paid once, and it’s yours straight away. Or pay $59 a month and it’s yours after 12 monthly payments. The website in Launch or Grow works the same way: it’s yours after 12 monthly package payments. With Basics, or built from your Home Kitchen menu (the website for your kitchen), it’s $449 paid once, or $39 a month and yours after 12 payments.
- Want it sooner? Buy it out anytime. The website counts at $699, and each monthly payment you’ve made takes $58.25 (1/12) off, whatever you pay a month. For example, after 4 monthly payments, the buyout is $466. A $449 website counts at $449, with each payment taking $37.42 off.
- Leave sooner without buying out, and we simply take the website down.
- What becomes yours is the website’s look: its design, pages, words and photos. Booking, forms, payments, texting and the AI assistant run on ohelloo, and work while you subscribe.
- We host every website, including ones paid for upfront. Once it’s yours, the same monthly price ($59, or $39 for a $449 website) keeps paying for hosting and upkeep. Stop it anytime, and we hand you your website’s files to put on any host.
Other things you keep, like area pages, a business dashboard or a connection between two apps, work the same way when you pay monthly: yours after 12 monthly payments, or buy them out anytime for what’s left of their one-time price, with each monthly payment taking 1/12 off.
Ongoing services just stop. Monthly services, like Google listing upkeep, search cleanup checks, delivery app upkeep, strategy sessions and the AI voice assistant, stop when you cancel. There’s nothing to buy out.
Yours from day one. Your web address, Google listing, customer list, words and photos are in your name, and your data is yours. They go with you if you leave.
Shop orders and paying
In the shop, you choose how to go ahead:
- Pay now. You pay on Stripe’s secure payment page, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Call me first. Nothing is charged. We call within one business day to go through your picks and answer your questions, and you only pay if it’s right for you.
Monthly items renew by themselves each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, with no fee (see cancelling and rent to own).
Refunds
You get a full refund on anything we haven’t started work on. Email omar@ohelloo.com to ask for one.
AI assistants
- Our AI assistants always say they are AI.
- They never quote a price for a job they haven’t seen.
- Nothing public goes out without your OK, like a reply to a review.
- An AI voice assistant comes with a monthly amount of minutes. Minutes past that are charged at cost, and we tell you before a busy month goes over.
Your accounts stay yours
- Web addresses (like yourbusiness.com) are bought in your own name.
- Software you use is in your name.
- Outside costs, like paid apps, APIs, AI minutes and your web address, are passed on to you at cost, with no markup.
Home Kitchen
Home Kitchen gives home bakers their own order page.
- It’s free to start.
- On each online order, ohelloo keeps 5% + 25¢. The baker chooses whether the customer or the baker pays it.
- The money goes to the baker’s own Stripe account (through Stripe Connect), not to us first.
Your details and privacy
What we collect.
- The “Say hello” form: your name and phone or email, plus anything else you choose to add: your business, a message, a package and what you need help with. It also notes which page you sent it from.
- Shop checkout: your name, phone or email, your business if you add it, any note, and what’s in your cart. When you pay, Stripe also asks for your email and phone number. If you start paying but don’t finish, we still keep your order so we can follow up.
- Home Kitchen orders: your name, phone or email, any notes and your order, so the baker can make it and hand it over.
Where it goes. Into ohelloo’s private lead manager, which runs on Google’s Firebase (Google Cloud, in the US). Only people Omar approves can read it. We use it to reply to you and handle your order.
We never sell your details. To have them deleted, email omar@ohelloo.com. Our full privacy policy covers everything, including connecting your Google or Facebook account.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
What loads on this website. There are no analytics, ad trackers or tracking cookies. These outside services do load:
- Google Fonts, for the lettering on every page. Like any website request, Google sees your device’s internet address when the font loads.
- Google’s Firebase code, when you send the “Say hello” form or check out in the shop, and on Home Kitchen pages.
- An animation library (GSAP, from Cloudflare’s cdnjs) on the home page.
- For Home Kitchen bakers: signing in uses Google sign-in, and address suggestions come from Google Maps.
The shop remembers your cart in your own browser, so it’s still there when you come back. It isn’t sent to us until you place an order.
The legal bits
These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri. Anything custom is agreed in writing before any work starts. If we change this page, we’ll update the date at the top.
