No. You set your prices and check each quote before it goes out. We make them fast to send and hard to forget.
What happens when a customer doesn’t answer a quote?
They get a polite reminder, for example on day 2 and day 7. The reminders stop as soon as they reply, accept or say no.
Can I take a deposit when a quote is accepted?
Yes. The customer can sign and pay a deposit at the same time, and the deposit and refund terms are written on the quote first.
Do quotes include sales tax?
Yes, where it applies. It is set on the templates so it never comes out of your pocket.
How much does a quoting system cost?
It depends on how many kinds of job you quote. We look at your usual jobs first, then agree one price in writing before any work starts.
