Say hello

Online booking for Kansas City small businesses

Customers book themselves. Your calendar fills itself.

Customers pick an open time themselves, and it goes straight onto the calendar you already use, with reminders so fewer people forget. No more phone tag to set an appointment.

  • About $50/mosoftware, in your name
  • 1–2 weeksto set up
  • Your calendarGoogle, Outlook or Apple

The same booking, two ways.

A customer who wants an appointment this week.

Without it

Phone tag

  1. They call to book. You’re with a client.
  2. You call back. They don’t pick up.
  3. They book somewhere else.

Three days, no booking.

With it

Booking page

  1. They pick Tuesday at 11:00 on your page.
  2. It lands on your calendar.
  3. They get a reminder, and they show up.

Booked while you slept.

What you get

A book-a-time button on your site, Google listing, Instagram and Facebook
Only your open times shown, with breaks, gaps between appointments and travel time built in
Every calendar you use connected (Google, Outlook or Apple), so nothing is double-booked
The questions you need answered first: the job, the address, a photo
A confirmation, then reminders the day before and a couple of hours before, each with a reschedule or cancel link
Your cancellation and no-show policy, and a deposit if you want one

Not sure it fits?

Say hello. A 15-minute call is usually enough to tell, and every price is agreed in writing before any work starts.

How it works

About 1 to 2 weeks.

  1. We list your services, how long each one takes, and the price or “from” price.
  2. We set your hours, breaks, time between appointments, and how far ahead people can book.
  3. We connect your calendars, so a personal appointment blocks a booking.
  4. We build the page and the reminders. If you quote before you book, customers book the estimate visit, not the job.
  5. We make test bookings with you, including a reschedule and a cancellation, until each one shows up right.

Questions

Which calendars does online booking work with?

Google, Outlook and Apple calendars. We connect every calendar you use, work and personal.

Will it double-book me?

No. Only open times are offered, and because your personal calendar is connected too, a dentist appointment blocks that slot.

Can customers reschedule without calling?

Yes. Every confirmation and reminder has a link to reschedule or cancel.

I travel to my customers. Does it handle that?

Yes. We build travel time in between appointments and ask for the address when they book.

How much does online booking cost?

About $50 a month for the software, in your name and paid by you directly, plus one flat setup price agreed in writing once the job is clear. It also comes in every package, starting with Launch at $249 a month with no setup fee, which puts every call, form and message in one list too.
