Custom business software in Kansas City

Software that fits how you work, not the other way round.

For the jobs off-the-shelf software does not fit: a customer portal, an ordering and checkout flow, a staff app or a screen for your kitchen. Built around how you actually work, by the person who built Tandoco’s.

  • Quoted per projectagreed in writing
  • Then monthlyrunning and improving
  • Built locallyin Kansas City

The same busy Sunday, two ways.

A kitchen packing a week of orders.

Without it

Spreadsheets

  1. Printing orders from three places.
  2. A changed order gets missed.
  3. Texting customers one by one.

Mistakes and late nights.

With it

Built for you

  1. Every order on one kitchen screen.
  2. Changes show up the moment they are made.
  3. Customers get a text when it is ready.

Out the door on time.

What you get

Customer portals and accounts
Ordering, checkout and subscription flows
Rewards and loyalty programs
Staff tools: order screens, checklists and dashboards
Connections to the software you already use
Built and looked after by the same person

Not sure it fits?

Say hello. A 15-minute call is usually enough to tell, and every price is agreed in writing before any work starts.

Work we’re proud of

Before ohelloo, Omar co-founded Tandoco, a wellness kitchen and bakery in Minneapolis, and built its website and ordering system himself.

Tandoco home page: a headline, a countdown to the weekly order cutoff and a how-it-works strip
Tandoco store on a phone: a zip-code check for delivery, the weekly price and the menu

Tandoco

Wellness kitchen and bakery · Minneapolis

  • Order by Thursday for Sunday pickup or delivery, with a countdown to the cutoff
  • A zip-code check, so customers see their own delivery days and pickup spots
  • Checkout with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, then a text and an email when the order is confirmed and ready
  • Weekly plans customers can skip, pause or cancel online
  • A customer account, gift cards, and a screen for the kitchen to work through orders
  • A page for each menu item and each city served, so it shows up in local searches

Most small businesses need far less than this, and that is fine: a one-page site with tap-to-call does the job. It shows what we can build when you need more.

Tandocoins, the rewards program

“The more you order, the more you eat.”

  • Every order earns coins, and coins turn into real food: a free cookie, a smoothie, or a whole meal
  • Coins for signing up, for weekly streaks and for referring a friend
  • Three levels, Newbie, Foodie and Connoisseur, that earn faster the longer a customer stays
  • Rewards picked right in the cart, with the balance, history and a personal referral link in each customer’s account
  • Subscribe-and-save pricing, and a meal donated to a Minneapolis food shelf for every 10 ordered

The same idea, rewarding regulars so they come back, is behind our review requests, win-back messages and subscriptions.

Tandoco rewards page on a phone: eat, earn, repeat. Every order earns tandocoins, and tandocoins turn into real food

How it works

Depends on the project; we agree it in writing first.

  1. We map how the job works today, step by step, and where it breaks.
  2. We agree the smallest version that solves it, with a written scope and price.
  3. We build it and test it with you and your staff.
  4. We launch it, train your team and fix what comes up.
  5. A monthly plan keeps it running and improving.
